GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND PURCHASE

THE FOLLOWING TEXT DEFINES THE GENERAL TERMS OF USE AND PURCHASE ON WWW.PROMOSTAR.RS

All goods ordered via the Seller’s website are binding for both the Buyer and the Seller and cannot be canceled or modified without prior agreement of both parties.

The Buyer agrees to follow these steps when placing an order through the Seller’s online store:

  1. Product selection
  2. Selection of the appropriate variation (size, color, etc.)
  3. Quantity selection
  4. Login or entry of personal data
  5. Review of all information, verification, and acceptance of the order and General Terms of Use and Purchase
  6. Order confirmation
  7. Payment via the selected payment method
  8. Receipt of goods

The Seller is obliged, upon receiving the order, to send the Buyer an email confirmation containing: order ID, product name(s), price and quantity of ordered items, total amount payable, selected payment and delivery method. delivery address provided by the Buyer

The Seller undertakes to dispatch the goods within 5 working days, calculated: from the date of order in the case of cash-on-delivery payment, or from the date of payment receipt in the case of bank transfer Delivery will be made using the method selected by the Buyer.

If the Seller is unable to dispatch the goods, they are obliged to notify the Buyer within no later than 3 working days from the date of the order.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen costs arising from delays in delivery or from the Buyer’s failure to collect the ordered goods.

The Buyer is obligated to provide accurate billing and delivery information (full name, complete delivery address, size, product variations, and quantity). If incorrect personal data or email address is provided during the purchase process, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any issues related to delivery or receipt of goods. The Seller is not responsible for the final appearance of products if the visual design provided by the Buyer is of insufficient quality (e.g., low resolution, incorrect dimensions, or inability to scale the image without loss of quality).

If the Buyer makes a payment that is lower than the total order amount, the transaction will be considered incomplete, and the paid amount will be refunded to the Buyer.
